Terms of Purchase

• Company Information: Mist Stockholm AB, with Organization number 559042-3488, operates www.miststockholm.com. All information and images on the website are owned by the company and may not be copied without permission.

• Prices: All items are listed inclusive of VAT in Swedish kronor. The total price, including VAT, shipping, and payments, can be viewed in the shopping cart.

• Payment: Payment is processed through the selected method at checkout.

• Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro are accepted for immediate debit card payments.

​

• Invoice & Partial Payment: We offer invoice and partial payment in collaboration with Klarna.

• Shipping & Shipping Methods: A shipping cost is added to all orders, and delivery is completed within 14 days. During July, orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery due to holidays.

• Damaged Goods and Complaints: Upon receipt, please inspect the goods for damage or discrepancies. For damaged or incorrect products, contact us promptly and no later than 24 hours at info@mist.se for further assistance.

• Right of Cancellation and Open Purchase: Customers have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases, provided the product can be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Repayment Obligation: In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the item's amount, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply when ordering services or goods from a company. In the event of cancellation of a service 30 days or more before the service date, 50% of the order confirmation amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation of a service 14 days or less before the service date, the full order confirmation amount will be charged.

• Confidentiality, Security & Personal Data: By placing an order, you agree to Mist Stockholm storing and using your data solely to fulfill our commitments. We do not disclose personal data to third parties and reserve the right to use email for marketing and newsletters.
